Must Have
- Own complex, frequently changing executive calendars
- Coordinate multi-party meetings, board sessions, and offsites
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials
- Capture and track action items to closure
- Draft, edit, and manage executive communications
- Liaise with senior leaders, partners, clients, and Board/committee members
- Uphold confidentiality and represent the executive office professionally
- Build and maintain EA playbooks, filing systems, and contact lists
- Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions
- Coordinate leadership events, town halls, and special projects
- Manage logistics for events and ensure seamless execution
- 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high impact support to our C level leaders. The ideal candidate is an anticipatory partner who brings exceptional judgment, professional polish, and operational rigor to a fast paced, high visibility environment. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars and communications, streamline workflows across the leadership team, and serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Meeting Orchestration: Own complex, frequently changing executive calendars; Coordinate multi party meetings, board sessions, and offsites; Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials; Capture and track action items to closure
- Executive Communications: Draft, edit, and manage communications on behalf of executives (emails, memos, presentations); Ensure message accuracy, tone, and timeliness
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with senior leaders, partners, clients, and Board/committee members; Uphold confidentiality and represent the executive office with professionalism
- Operations & Process Excellence: Build and maintain EA playbooks, filing systems, contact lists, and recurring cadences; Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions
- Event & Project Support: Coordinate leadership events, town halls, and special projects; Manage logistics (venues, catering, materials) and ensure seamless execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience considered
- 5-10 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting C suite leaders, preferably within a financial institution
- High attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Stress-tolerant and adaptable under pressure
- Ability to pivot and adapt quickly
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to anticipate needs and identify practical solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
